Facts established here in this post showed that a structure (newbie hiver) without a support system (long term hiver) cannot stand firm. However, a newbie that is not committed to work will hardly get support. The problem now is the newbie getting noticed on the chain on time (so as to get all necessary support) lest his energy fades off and get tired in the process.
As a newbie, it will my desire to bring all of my friends into the chain. But the problem is clearly stated in this post; how will I convince them if they cannot see the growth in me?
The easiest way to bring in more newbie is when there is results to back your claims. You struggle less once this happen but have to keep working to make it happen.
Man!!! You are on point. Your life alone is view point for people on hive.
The reason why in some time I stopped bringing people on hive was because I had no means to support them and didn't want them to feel the same struggle I felt but when I got to understand the system, I have brought in over 100 people on Hive.
And yes! Many of them have dropped it because they cannot deal with it, but we still have 40+ still active on the chain.
The main point is without us, these Newbies can't survive and can't invite their friends.
Exactly!! Ample amount of patience is required to survive on this chain. And when I say survive here I mean to reach your goals. The only way I see that newbies can have such patience is if they are properly nurtured into the system before getting started because they can sense the results in someone they look up to.
Result makes persuasion easy. A big result is equal to more credibility. It's as simple as that but not easy to attain.
