This is one of the few things I rarely do, and that's really not cool of me. And I mean, saying it out loud in reality to the people who I feel grateful to. I am very much aware and I always acknowledge every good support I get and from the people I get it from but somehow, saying it out isn't a thing I've built to be part of me. Instead, I make it a point of duty to do my best in return for them somehow.
Thanks to this opportunity given by the community and to Hive in general, I'm given a chance to express my grateful heart in words. I think I'll have them read this post, not enough but would be cool too.

Being the lady I am today didn't start just yesterday, I am who I am today because of all the supports and love I've been blessed with by people who could have chosen not to give any to me. Have you ever think that "What if the people who are supporting you actually chose not to support you?" It may seem like it doesn't happen but there are people whose families are even their main enemy. I feel blessed whenever I think of my life and those that have played a part in my journey.
The older I get, the more appreciation I have towards these people, because their little deeds combined till today are what made me who I am proud of today. If I'm to give a count of these people, I'll lose count because luckily and blessedly for me, I have so many good people around me and I've met a lot of good people in the past who I'm not in contact with anymore.
My dad, mum and siblings are my number one life's support.
Of course, I won't write about my life's support without mentioning my family who are number one fans in everything I've done as human on earth. They are always there when I'm about to begin a phase, they are the first to give advices and supports when I have to make a decision, they play the big role in my achievements and are the firsts to congratulate me when I do something amazing, scold me when I do something embarrassing.
My life would have no directions, no fun, no life itself if I didn't have my family right behind me all the time. My dad is my number, raising my siblings and I on his own and still making sure we get all we need so we don't go astray when he don't have is one thing I love about him. My mum even though I didn't grow with her, her contribution to my education life is out of this world for me. My siblings are like my mental health, they keep me sane with their joys and cries and most importantly, that sibling love.
My friends, my closest relatives and fellow church members.
When you don't have much people around you, you tend to remember every one of the people you have and some of those people are the friends I've made while growing up. I'm still amazed that I had really good friends growing up, it was as if God only surrounded me with people who would play good roles to make me become even a better person. I am not close to many of my relatives but I do have the close ones like my aunt from my mother's side, she's has been a great aunt and a life's support to me too.
When I'm not at home or out with friends, I'm with my fellow church members and they are all people I love to be with because of how they've impacted my life differently and in better ways to help me become who I am today.
Joining Hive, I found another great set of family to lean on to.
There will be no need to mention names, I am just so grateful to my onboarder and the friends I've made while I journey here on Hive. It's been two years and we all know what that length of year can change in someone so yeah, you all have changed me in one way or the other. I am grateful and I look forward to having your supports and love, they are part of what makes me who I am today 😊
