RE: Monetary reward for best students; motivation for others.

in Hive Learners7 months ago

Well, it doesn't really have to be money. The best way to appreciate them and to motivate others is to give them a very good job offer. That's far better than money, and trust me students will want to study more.

Trust me when I say they won't be able to give anyone of them more than 200k 😂😂😂, what will they use that for? Start up a business? Lol.
Anyone in their right senses won't bother themselves to read for years to achieve first-class coz of that money. But a job offer...........people will definitely burn candles in the morning😂😂

I am an advocate of both. I was promised a job the day I was called to the podium to have a handshake with the university management. It ended a failed promise. The euphoria accompanying the day befits a financial reward.
Well, there are many channels of growth for someone that distinguish himself academically.

Wow, that's sad. If only they would keep to their promise, job opportunities would go a long way and it would motivate others.

Yeah, that's right
