Indeed, it's not the ticking of a clock that will make us completely different from who we are, but rather our mindset and the will to do things differently. However, we can't deny that, even if it seems silly, a new year brings a psychological feeling of renewal, and it's good to take advantage of that to make some changes.
I hope you manage to say no more often, helping everyone who comes to us sometimes harms us. And later, when we're the ones asking for help, will we receive the same in return?

Yes, there is this psychological feeling we all get in the new year, and if we can make use of it at the main time, we tend to go back to our former way of life.
And the people who always ask for help often, there was a time I requested help from a guy, and he said, "How will a big person like me be asking for help from him?" He should be the one asking me for help. "I felt bad because I always help you, and now you feel a sense of entitlement towards what I have.
