and with all my due respect, i can not see that in the action on this post of a newbie.
To me I saw he refer her to the rules. Due to multi fake accounts, it's hard to detect if a user is new or a fake with multi account. Hive follow same actions for new and old users.
If you have concern about why specially Pakistanis then it's my side project.
