Growing up my parents happens to be my role model which i was guided both spiritually and physically. A role model is someone you choose to become some that guides, someone you chooses his or her steps.
I have for once talk about the factors to be considered before choosing a role model in my previous post link I also portrait some of the factors, yes no man is perfect so i never claim to be one but then we can all try to be a better person in life.
I'm a goal achiever one thing about me is that I've never set a goal before and not able to achieve it, yes so many times i use to fail but then i hate regret so i try as much as i can to achieve whatever I've set, so if you are choosing as your mentor you will always be able to achieve your goals no matter how hard it might be.
I'm a leader to be a leader also means you are a servant because it's never easy, yes I'm a leader I'm a coach and I'm a teacher. I do impact knowledge to either an individual or group of people which allows them to be able to contribute their own quota to the development of the society.
I don't procrastinate :- anytime I've a task to do i fix it up in no time because i know that procrastination is the beginning of failure so i rather not give room to procrastination.
I respect everyone :- either I'm older than you or not or I've achieved more than you or not, i will make sure i give you your maximum respect.
I seek more knowledge :- no man knows it all which means no body is highland of knowledge, I love to learn new things not bad things thou. And this has helped me alot and makes a multitask which makes me have knowledge about alot of things even if it is just basic i will definitely contribute to it.

You are right to be a teacher is not easy, must of the time i get frustrated 🥴 but then I've no choice than to pick up my self again anything I'm angry.

I really like this post and the truths about yourself that you have shared. All of the things you mentioned here are truly what you need as a good mentor. To seek knowledge is very very important as most of the people you will mentor will be different and some others different from what you may be used to.
