Hello friends welcome to my blog π before i start this article i want to use this medium to greet some leaders in the community @vickoly, @hopestylist @burlarj and finally my friend @quduus1 i want to say a very big thanks for everything you have done and you will be doing in advance.

I found my way to this great platform last month September 3rd and i will just say my life changed for better since then.
One of the benefits of setting goals is that it will increase the level of one motivation anytime you remember you have what you need to achieve at the end of the year or months you will want to work as hard and smart as you can.
furthermore a goal gives direction and make you focus. Yes you will be determined and your focus on everything you are doing because yes you need to achieve what you have set.
Another reason to set goals is to develop a clear path for once growth:- for me personally anytime i set a goal and I'm able to achieve it, it's definitely add to my growth and this as help me to achieve my aim and objectives so far.
Finally a goal must not just be a goal that is we must set a good goal so it will be achievable that is why it must be a SMART GOAL
HIVE POWER
My current hive power is 70.120HP and as we all know that HP is very important on the Blockchain for interactions and everything so i want to increase my hive power to 300HP at the end of this 7weeks programs.
HIVE FOLLOWERS
Presently my followers is 15 at the end of this program i want to increase it to 50 followers.
MY ENGAGEMENT
My comments presently with my friends and others is just 230 comments i want try as much as i can to make my comments up to 530 comments at the end of this 7 weeks program.
MY CONSISTENCY
my consistency on hive is that i want to try as much as i can everyday to post quality post everyday and comments on other people post meanwhile i want to be known very well in the community I'm participating in.
MY REPUTATION
presently my reputation is 58 at the end of this program i want it to be 60 reputations by posting quality post to see good upvotes.
MY REFERRAL
my referral presently is 3 i want to increase it to 6 at the end of this program
To achieve these goals I've laid down some smart moves.
HOW I PLAN TO ACHIEVE MY 300 HIVE POWER
Presently I'm on 70.120hp in 7 weeks i want to achieve 300HP that means in one weeks i must achieve 33HP and in 7 days i must achieve 5 HP every good day. And this will be possible if I'm able to make good post everyday and comments on other peoples post.
Presently I'm having 15 which means at the end of this program i must have 35 more.
That means I'm ready to add anyone who is posting quality post and active on the platform and i will be adding 5 people in one week to make it 35 people in 7weeks.
Presently I'm having 230 that means i need more 300 comments in 7weeks so I'm planning to comments on any quality post in a week 43 comments and in a day 6 comments which will make me to achieve the 300 comment.
I have it in plan to reduce my chat in all social media and make good post everyday good day and at the same time comments on other peoples post by doing this everyday my consistency on this great platform will be good.
This can only be don by up-votes that means i will make good quality post every good day together with original content meanwhile i won't stop interactions with others by doing this for good 7 weeks i know i will hit the jackpot to make 60 since I'm presently on 58.
presently I've refer 3 people so I'm planning to refer another 3 people in 7weeks that means I will refer two people every 3 weeks and one person for for another week which makes it 3 more people in 7weeks.
MY WORK
I'm a busy man as i have alot i use to do every day , i do coaching that is I'm a fitness coach and also a Tae-kwon-do coach, also I've a shop where I'm doing my own personal work which is phone and laptop engineer both software and hardware and i sell them too so sometimes i do have lots of work but then not all the time.
POWER SUPPLY
as we all know that power supply is one major problem we are facing in Nigeria althou I've power bank but it's also dies of there's no light to charge it.
These are the factors that can hinder me from achieving these goals I've set so far.
With this little ways I've laid down my goals, aims and objectives i hope and pray to achieve them all.
I want to appreciate each and everyone for their time reading this post i hope you will enjoy reading it. Furthermore i want to use this medium to appreciate all newbies initiative team for this wonderful opportunity they have given me and the rest of my team mates. I won't forget @projectmamabg @newbies-hive and the rest of my boss for this great opportunity, I say a very big thanks to each and everyone here.

i can feel your pain when it comes to the absent of electricity, a day without electricity in my area do feel like one week because i lose alot... You can get a generator to make things easy for you...
If you really want to achieve something great on the hive blockchain, you must give it your time, i mean you must be actively participating and engaging, hive is like a full time job! i would have love to invite you to the city of neoxian full of knowledge and ideas that will help you grow on the hive platform but it seems you not having enough time would be an obstacle....

Power supply and offline job might be an hindrance to achieving those goals here but with consistency and focus, you will achieve them. With the steps you are planning on taking, it's great and you should keep to it always so you can meet up with your goals.

Being here on hive is really like a full time job, cutting off on some chat as you stated above will really help, also you can either get a bigger capacity power bank which I will also do so that the charging duration won't be so frequent, also those goals you have set are smart, and I see you accomplishing them.
