In 2017, I had just completed my diploma. The very early days of his career were full of uncertainty. I joined a new job at the beginning of the year, and faced many challenges right from the start. It didn't take me long to realize the difference between academic experience and real life work. The style of office work was completely different, and it took me a while to understand some of the tasks in the beginning. Even so, many times I did not get the desired result even with efforts, but I continued to learn patiently.
Within a few days my experience began to grow. I learn new tasks, my skills increase, and the quality of my work continues to improve. With time, I became confident in myself, as I realized that I was becoming more and more proficient. These experiences put me on a firmer footing for the future and the office's trust in me grew.
In 2019 I got an important responsibility. That site had to undergo some significant design and plan changes, which were under my supervision. Although I informed my boss in advance, the final decision rested on my shoulders. I make those changes in consultation with the home owner. At first upon completion, it seemed that it might not have gone as well as everyone had hoped. But I believed that the final result would be absolutely perfect.
When the work was completed, the actual results were revealed. In fact it was very beautiful and effective. But earlier my boss was not too happy about the whole thing, as he was not sure about the final result. The owner of the house also made some complaints in the beginning, which made my boss angry with me. The situation was such that he got angry with me and took away the entire responsibility of that site from me and sent me to another site.
But time will prove the value of right decision. When the final result comes, it can be seen that the changes I made have really worked, and the whole project has been done very well. My boss then realized that he shouldn't have doubted my decision to begin with. Later he called me and praised me and admitted that it was wrong to be so angry with me in the beginning.
This experience has taught me that with the right effort and confidence, no matter how many hurdles may come in the beginning, the results will eventually come in our favor. In the beginning no one may understand us, but with patience and work quality we can prove ourselves. This incident taught me that one must have the courage to make a decision, and the right effort will pay off one day.
