I'm of the view that humans are the most difficult to manage. In most cases, when stringent measures are not put in place, we make take medical checkup for granted.
Though, I understand the need to respect individual human rights, and the privileges of privacy that individuals need to enjoy, the too many avoidable medical.conditions is a clarion call for a revolution in our healthcare delivery system.
