RE: Panic Attacks in the Darkness.

in Hive Learnerslast year

When I was a child I also saw non-existent things in the dark, and I even felt that a strange being was opening the door of my room to hurt me. If there were blackouts through the window of the apartment I would precisely see the sky in search of stars that would illuminate the darkness. Until a moment came when I saw no more stars, but strange dense clouds and I realized that this was environmental pollution.

The blackouts were sporadic, but today at 55 years of age they occur almost daily, damaging indispensable household appliances such as a refrigerator, air conditioners, and even the TV. Repairs are at my expense.

We have that in common then. Nowadays my imagination isn't that powerful, but the dark still scares me. About the blackouts, I'm really sorry you go through that.
