Hello everyone, welcome to the second task of the Newbies Initiative titled: "Hive Guidelines and Markdowns".

Here is the task for the week:

How is hive different from other social media platforms like web 2
Vividly explain the following terminologies in your own understanding
a. Plagiarism
b. Vote begging
C. Post recycling
In what ways ways is the use of tags relevant to your post? Also do you think that abuse of tags may attract downvote on your post? If yes or no, explain? Also list 5 general tags you know
You have been taught on how to use markdowns on your post, properly make use of some markdowns you have learned while answering the above question

Make your thumbnail an original photo, and try out designing a thumbnail for your post using Canva.
Your post should not be less than 500 words.
Answer all questions...
Use the tags "#nbtask2" and "#newbie-tasks" as one of your first 5 tags.
Share your entry as a link to this post and tag your team leader.
Engage in the posts and threads of other authors.
The title of your first task should begin with "Newbies Task 2:" followed by any other creative title you choose for your post.

Note: The deadline for this task is May 25th.
