I began the year with high hopes and many plans to achieve greater things, specifically offline, while still working towards the goals I set to achieve for myself on the chain. Looking back, I wouldn't want to be an ungrateful being even though things aren't playing out just the way I expected; it happens, so I have to keep grinding with positive energy. Yeah, I am grateful for how far I have come, for life, for the lessons through my experience within the first quarter of this year, for the things I have achieved, and for where I am going.
I had a clear roadmap and didn't relent in setting things to follow just the way I drafted them on my script. I can say that on my part, I gave my time, my energy, and resources and also have been praying fervently over what I anticipated to achieve in the first quarter off-chain, but unfortunately , things kept unfolding in a direction I never anticipated. It can be demoralizing, but the good part of it is when you allow yourself to learn in every experience. It will then serve as a guide not to experience the same mistake.
There's a call I received earlier this morning around 4 am, and after that conversation, I realized a lot of things that went wrong and have taken the courage to dust myself off and begin again. Dealing with our fellow humans sometimes requires wisdom and God's grace; otherwise, humans can frustrate each other. Some persons will rather make an effort in seeing your dreams tied down at a spot, but in all, it's a big lesson for a better future. Hopefully, there's still time left to hit this goal, especially when I implement lessons learned so far; I just had to rethink my strategies!
I also had plans to become intentional with time management. There have been unexpected family needs here and there, and with only me as the parent available to foresee all that, coupled with the beautiful chaos of raising my boys and my work in play. All of these most times demand that I multitask to meet up with time. In all, I can boldly commend myself for the way I have been managing my time, apportioning time with each task I set to do, and without allowing irrelevant things to eat up my time unnecessarily, it's a win-win.
Sometimes when we want to make a difference for ourselves, we must make some tough decisions in life. In most cases, tough decisions bring about personal growth. I had a realization earlier this year, and that realization is sticking to saying NO to pleasing people always at the detriment of my happiness. So far, I have been applying this, and looking back to the past months, I am smiling at the woman I am becoming. The most important thing is having a sincere heart and not doing anything to hurt my fellow being.
The world is filled with ups and downs, different hidden battles, and a so unpredictable world. This understanding pushed me to take the decision of deepening my spiritual life. So I began reading the scriptures daily from the first quarter of this year to date, and the joy of it is how I have been consistent with it and learning a lot in the process.
Finally, my blockchain goals for the year are still on track. I am making progress little by little, keeping up with consistency, and making new friends that are greatly affecting my growth positively. Fingers crossed, hopefully, at the end of the year, I will have many reasons to celebrate my achievements.
Overall, the year has been real, so stretching, and yet beautiful in its own way. I am moving forward in this second quarter with hopes and with positive energy.

As in ehn... Saying yes all the time to people can be one of the most limiting things to happen to us. Because no matter what, people will always never be satisfied. So it's best to always focus on yourself and do your thing. The only person that can make you happy is you.

Mommy, ups and downs will always be there, I feel they are what sum up to make us fit what the future, it's just so unfortunate that sometimes we give up when the pressure becomes much.

Even though this life is so stretchy, we still appreciate the beauty of it. Nkem, time management is indeed a skill one should enrol for because we all need it, else, a lot of frustrations here and there which mostly make some people break down. It is well.
I also am loving how I’ve been taking my spiritual life so serious and this year has been amazing. Trust me, you can’t do it all alone without God’s help - such a person will just be complaining forever without putting God first. But I believe everything will be fine.
This year, we can’t afford to please people at the detriment of our happiness - never 👎
