I've been thinking and I decided to come up with my own recipe for making pancakes.
I gathered the needed ingredients which are:
- Floor
- Milk
- Chocolate
- Sugar
- Onion
- Sachet Tomato
- Grinded pepper
- Salt and Maggi
- Nchoanwu leaf. I don't know the English name of this leaf
- Egg and
*Groundnut oil
I made two things today, pancakes and some sauce for pancakes.
MAKING THE PANCAKES
Sieve the floor into a container to remove any unwanted stuffs from it.
Add the milk, chocolate and egg into the sieved floor.
Stir
Add water and stir. Let the mixture be semi solid and not watery.
Make sure the mixture is smooth
Place a fry pan on the fire
Add a little groundnut oil. About one table spoon.
Put the mixture into the oiled pan.
Remove the edges from the pot as I did in the video.
Allow the bottom to get cooked then flip so the top will be cooked also.
Allow the top to get cooked then bring down from fire.
MAKING THE SAUCE
After dicing the onion and preparing everything as I did in the video.
Add a little groundnut oil in the pan
Add a little of the sachet tomato and stir
Add onion and stir
Add the whole tomato, stir and add some water.
Add the leaf, stir and cover to cook.
Add the maggi, salt and every thing needed.
Add egg, stir and allow to cook for about 40 seconds.
Put of the fire.
COMBINING BOTH
Use a cup or any thing you have to make the pancakes have a round shape like I did in the video
Take one slice
Add the sauce in the slice
- Take another slice and cover the slice with the sauce.
Lol, the slice with the sauce 😹
Anyways, that's it, you have you have successfully made the pancakes.
