I would like to appreciate the #newbies initiatives for the opportunity given to me to be part of this , also to appreciate everyone involved in this initiative to help the hive Newbies to grow and be planted in the hive family, as well as show important to why everyone need to have a goal to achieve much both here on hive and in every aspect of life.
Everybody have a goal, plan, dream. But your setting and how smart your plan are would determined how far and how successful your goal would be.
Setting goals make achieving it a little bit easy and faster.
Goal setting are very important for anyone who plans to succeed. There is a saying that goes if you don’t plan to succeed than u failed to plan, in my opinion setting goals should be a must do for everyone.
It is also important to know that when making a goal or setting a goal one need a to be intentional about it that is making it a part of our everyday plan and activities to be able to work towards it
Setting goals is not just it but setting an achievable goals is the plan.
An achievable goal setting must be very detailed, that brings me to the
There is a popular acronym for making goals which is SMART GOAL.
SMART GOAL SETTING
what makes a goal smart, this goal must have the following detailed in it make a smart and successful goals which are.
The goal must be SPECIFIC: what exactly is the goal what do you want to be
The goal must be MEASURABLE: what process do you need to take to achieve the goal
The goal must be ATTAINABLE:it has to be something possible for u to achieve
The goal must be RELEVANT:it has to be something you desire to achieve
The goal must be have a TIME BOUND:you have to set a period
MY PERSONAL GOAL ON HIVE
My goal on hive for the next 2 two months is to build my following and follower list to (100) hundred by engaging with others comments, to reach out to more authors and to increase my post earnings to at list a hundred and fifty every week so as to grow a higher hive power from a 17 to at list a hundred in the next two month
I would achieve this goals by curating contents more often, by publishing quality contacts regularly at least make post 2 two months times a week engaging with more authors by following to gain more visibility vote as well as likes and comment and partaking in community activities, as well as weekly post. This would be very effective in the pursuits of growth in the hive blockchain.
With my above detailed set out goal I would say my goal is smart, intentional as well as achievable because it carry’s all the smart acronyms for making a smart goal.

It is time bound
