It's important to understand that happiness is a complex emotion and it's normal to experience a range of emotions, including sadness and disappointment. Being happy all the time is not only unrealistic, but it can also be unhealthy. It's important to acknowledge and process negative emotions in order to understand and grow from them.

Also, happiness is not the ultimate goal of life. The ultimate goal of life is to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. Happiness is a byproduct of that. There are many things that can bring meaning and fulfillment in life, like pursuing your passions, building healthy relationships, contributing to society, and personal growth.

In short, it's not necessary or healthy to always be happy, but it's important to strive for overall well-being and fulfillment in life.

There are many ways to increase happiness, some of which include:

Practicing gratitude by regularly reflecting on things you are thankful for.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with friends and family.

Engaging in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment.

Practicing mindfulness and meditation to help manage stress and improve overall well-being.

Setting and working towards personal goals.

Helping others and giving back to the community.

Achieving a healthy work-life balance.

It's important to note that what works for one person may not work for another and it's important to find what works for you
