Great are the ones who stay sincerely solid in matters of Neutral Gender Bias. It might have been highly commonplace enough to observe ladies and girls literally cursing the gents and the grownup boys for their utter misbehaviour.
But then have we heard any male counterpart getting tormented by ladies, at least in the publc?
With the answer becoming 'No', we shall meticulously drift off towards topics addressing the absence of sheer weaknesses of both men snd women.
It should be a common notion that women are weak physically while men are weak at heart. At least to some extent, this point rings true because not all women sound positively in this life matter. In countries like India, nowadays, almost a huge percent of the human female population spend enough time and more money in the malls or movie theatres, not to mention the women participation in almost every profession. This clearly proves the excellence of women and girls over men in cognitive, conative and affective aspects, psychologically speaking.
Guess next what?
All about the masculine matters!
Feeling down at heart, sometimes lowering head in shyness, getting a name called 'Womanizer', lot of life plans and strategies towards improving future, balancing all the family issues or matters aren't these enough to make a man collapse?
So, on one hand, we have women, so called, weak in activities that are tiresome; on the other hand, we find gents, full of physical stamina but literally weaker than their female counterparts when sentiments and emotions arise.
Shall we try reframing the forementioned notion?
How about blending a male strong at heart and another a female strong in physique! Simply putting it, we are arguing a team comprising of physically strong women and mentally strong men.
This sounds quite plausible when we get around to any company, wherein, we happen to observe male employees to work hard but getting low at heart in case of family matters.
Analogously, women employees might not be given tough jobs that might involve more of physical strength or field work.
But when men are there to complement women's work and the reverse, no such problems occur.
Getting along to the path of problem, men first are born from women. Then, after getting a good care in the maternity ward, men get all the powerful support from the family members. Even, at school, they gets vulnerable to the comments and talks of his female counterparts. It is during such times that teachers, lady caretskers, lab assistants and even the management comes to the quick rescue.
Then over to college, office, family, friends and peers, everywhere his eyes seems to search for his soul mate, or his 'would be' wife. It is together with his spouse that a man brings up his children and teaches them manners, etiquette, decency and courtesy along with discipline.
So, as a summary, man and women possess symbiotic factors facilitating an all smooth lifestyle free from, gender biasing, suppressing female counterparts, restricting the spouse inside house and the like. Moreover, facilitating more room for women could be one of the strongest solutions.
Why so, even if we remove the main word 'MAN' from the word WOMAN, we could visualize two things. One is that, the word woman has literally no sense if 'MAN' gets alphabetically removed from the word woman. So, to summarize, with no breathers given to the readers, a retreat starts off now. But another note would be that, love, relationship and responsibility are keen to a family man naturally. If these entities go missing, we could never recover the lost good ones in life.
So practically and lexically speaking, women could bear men as babies while men bear in their hearts all the issues related to both office and house.
Literally speaking, not all jobs could be achieved by either men or woman without the other. So men are indeed part of women. This could also mean that they are the two sides of the coin called nation, family and enjoyment. A man eating feast at neighbour's house and others going home only for night, should be strongly compelled to refrain from such bad habits, when a loving wife is waiting at home.
Therefore folks, men and women are part of each other and should be so forever, to sustain success. Men and Women are not two different entities but two faces of a single coin called 'Love and Happiness'.
Men and women are important to one another.
They create a balance in nature.
Every man/woman is lagging in one area of the other. Sadly, it's always generalized.
Even then, therein lies our uniqueness.
