In the society we are in now, both talents and hardwork plus God's intervention are needed for one to be successful in this life as the way things are becoming now.
However, for the sake of this contest, I'll go for hardwork .
There was a contest about talent few weeks ago where we talked about our different talents and as it stands now, I have abodoned my talent and stick to my hardwork.
Even with your talent, you need to work hard to achieve success else it will be a waste as people will tag you lazy and unserious even as you won't achieve anything.
Moreover, talent without hardwork will result to hunger and poverty.
A successful hardworker
What I believe is for one to he successful, it takes hardwork which is as a result of the passion you have towards whatever you are doing.
A banker will not be successful if he has no passion towards the job. He will just be stagnant and won't even give out the best and same goes for a teacher and other professions.
In this era of competition in delivery a desired and satisfactory results to clients/customers, one needs a lot of hardwork to keep up the pace.
I am a born hair stylist but I left it to pursue my passion of fashion designing.
Though I am not really where I want to be yet but I am working hard towards achieving a reasonable success in my line of work.
It is hardwork that has brought me to the level I am now and I believe only hardwork can take me to places I am supposed to be.

In conclusion, hardwork pays. If I had relax without picking my phone to write this, nobody would have known what I do. So you need to prove yourself only by hardworking.
