Hello, everyone!
Vehicles are good for the movement of goods, and people from one place to another for free flow movement. Gone are the days when our parents used to trek to stream, market, and other places without the use of cars. Some had the car that was trending at that time because they had the money to afford it.
In today's world, cars are now expensive. A lot of people are struggling to survive and earn money from the little resources they can. So making it a law is going to get some people truncated and destabilized because they aren't of financial standard and it's going to disrupt the peace of the family too.
Nevertheless, I wouldn't like it to be implemented or made into law because some people may not be able to afford the amount required to get the car; it would be a burden and a way of scattering families; instead, it should be made voluntarily without applying force or coaxing people to do it.
However, In my family, there's no single car that can be of help to us when it comes to business and movement, but we are comfortable and doing well in everything by God's Grace. There are so many factors that a car could be of help, it could be of business and other things that could bring simplicity to life. To have a car is good, it will soft many problems in the family. Like my mum's business. She is into oil production. And she went through the process of oil production as it used to be. After selecting the palm fruit, she would call a taxi driver to come and help her park the palm fruit at the mill for cooking and other processes for extra oil. She would pay a huge amount t to the driver.
Had it been, we have had a car or taxi, it would have been a stress-free journey for my mum especially in the money aspect. It's good to buy one, at least if it is for commercial purposes, it would be better, and if another one is there, it would be better for going to church and visiting places or friends.
Furthermore, having cars on the road, especially in urban areas, is of great benefit to the users because they are not just driving for fun; they are using them as public transportation as a means of making money. It's also great for sightseeing as they explore their driving skills and different cars on the road.
However, having a car is good, and caring for the car is another thing, because it needs good maintenance and proper fixing of eyes on it. In every good thing, there are advantages and disadvantages. We just need to be careful not to overlook the disadvantages as it may cause harm to the whole family or your business.
Therefore, I am against the idea of implementing, "one car per family". Let everyone have their reasons, and freedom for making their choices.

A car brings simplicity to life and free of stress for people when it comes to conveying them to different places and getting things done quick. So also, limiting a car per family could cause misunderstanding among members when they are being inconvenienced.
