The teacher's and the student's fault!

Hello, teachers and students!

Teachers are very important in the lives of students in academic performance and social performance. I know that teachers have put in their best to make sure every student comes out with good grades and flying colors, to the happiness of the teachers and the parents. The role of a teacher shouldn't be underestimated. Some teachers have played their roles excellently, imparting knowledge to the students, and molding and shaping them to be the leaders of tomorrow in mindset, character, and many virtues that could approve a man in the world.

I preferred teachers to be appreciated by the students. Without the teachers, some students who are doing well today wouldn't have been able to attain the level they are with their knowledge. I have gone through school, and I know the effort they put in to do their research and go through materials to be able to put relevant information/practical to the students. Some teachers would come to the class and transfer this knowledge to the students, and some of the students wouldn't take it as important; they won't take part in class work, homework, and many other things that would also help them as students to grow better. To be real, students are very lazy nowadays; they see their studies as one big thing, and they are already complaining about tiredness when they have not started their academic journey halfway. Sincerely speaking, if I were to mention whose fault, I would go for the students. Some students are not trying and not helping others to see the effort of the teachers. Student's performance at school could reduce the teacher's charisma. On the other hand, I have seen students stand to be studios to be better than the teachers. Some students are naturally intelligent in every sense of life and academic pursuit, and they are bound to succeed in their academics.

I like teaching, and I would like to do that for the rest of my life; teaching carries power and influence and also helps teachers to know more. I'm eager to teach students as my PPA in NYSC. That image of standing in front of them is recurring in my mind.

However, teachers who seem to teach passionately will influence students better than a teacher who is teaching because of money. Money will make a teacher teach hastily and not mind if students are understood or not and this might affect students' performance. Being taught without clarification is a big problem. Students being taught by the teachers with clarification seem not to reread or restudy for retentive information to be restored.

Moreover, some students are not in the aspect of understanding. While I was in nursery and secondary school days, I had issues picking information or what was taught in the classroom quickly, but I was very good at meditating or memorizing my notes, and this was the only way that helped me pass my examination. Some students are very dull, I was one. Therefore a student who is not good at picking what the teacher says and not good at memorizing, the performance of the students will be bad. It's the place of the teacher to identify that child and help him or her out by mixing them with the intelligent ones for a better outcome.
