Hello my hive Family... Hope all are fine and well.
I love winters, because in this season we get a lot of green and seasonal veggies and we can enjoy any food because we feel more hunger in winter season.
So today I am making Raddish Parantha and Cauliflower parantha in lunch. I prefer Wheat paranthas but it is your choice if you want to eat Refined flour paranthas.
For healthy version we can go with wheat flour.
We Indians love to eat Stuffed paranthas like aloo parantha, gobhi parantha, mooli parantha, garlic parantha and many more.
Today I am sharing two Types of paranthas with you all. Do try this recipe and enjoy it warm.
So lets see what we need -
Ingredients
Wheat flour-2 cup
Salt- according to the taste
Carrom seeds-½tspn
Water- as needed
Raddish- 1 cup grated
Cauliflower- 1 cup grated
Green chili- 3
Coriander- 2 tbspn
Black salt- as per taste
Red chili powder- ½tspn
Oil-2 tbspn
Asofedita - a pinch
Garam masala- ½tspn
Method
Take wheat flour in a platter. Add carrom seeds.
Mix all and knead a dough. Keep aside for 30 mins.
Then first for raddish parantha we are going to take raddish
Wash and peel it properly.
Then grate it in a plate. Squeeze all the water.
Then heat oil in a kadhai
Add carrom seeds, green chili and little asofedita
Then add grated raddish.
Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder.
Stir all well cook for 10 mins in meduim flame so that all the remaining water of raddish will burn. Add coriander leaves
Now off the flame and keep the mixture aside for cooling down.
Now we can prepare Cauliflower parantha stuffing
For this we have to grate the cauliflower.
And then add red chili powder, salt, coriander leaves, chat masala or Dry mango powder
Mix all well and the stuffing is ready.
Now first we will make Raddish Parantha.
Knead the dough and divide them in equal parts.
Now dust some flour and roll it and place the stuffing in the middle of the rolled Chapatis
Now seal the edges.
And flatten the dough, sprinkle some flour and roll it.
Now heat a skillet and place the raddish parantha.
Cook it from both the sides and smear some oil or ghee both the sides. Cook well. The dark brown spots will appear.
Cook from both the side
And transfer it in a plate.
Then in the same way make Cauliflower parantha.
And transfer it in a plate to serve.
In a serving plate place the both paranthas with green chutney. Enjoy your meal with your family...👪
