Everyone likes to eat outside food. It can be a type of treat. But Now a days it is not worth. Its better to make the dish at home with hygienic way. I know that some taste we didnt get from home but nothing is impossible. If we can try to make we can make anything and everything.
So today I am making Veg Manchurian ball. We can pair this manchu balls with fried rice or Noodles. Veg manchurian balls is a Indo chinese dish. There are 3 variation of manchurian. Dry , semi dry and gravy. I am making the dry version.
So lets see how to make this.
Ingredients
💫cabbage finely grated 1cup
💫capsicum- finely choppeď-½cup
💫carrot- grated 1cup
💫spring onion-½cup
💫ginger garlic paste-1tbspn
💫greenchili-2
💫cornflour or all purpuse-2tbspn
💫onions chopped-½cup
💫redchili powder-½tspn
💫salt- to the taste
💫soy sauce-½tspn
💫vinegar-½tspn
💫tomato ketchup-1tbspn
💫black peper-½tspn
Method
1.In a plate chop capsicum, cabbage , onions and carrot.
3.now add spring onions.
4.add ginger garlic paste.
5.further add red chili powder, salt , all purpose flour and corn flour
6.mix all well so that everything is combined. Knead a soft dough if needed add all purpose flour.
7.mix well.
7.now grease your hand with some oil and make small sized balls.
8.make balls and keep in a plate for frying.
9.heat oil in kadhai.
10.deep fry the veg balls untill they turns in golden brown in colour
Keep all aside.
11.now chop capsicum, onions and garlic.
12 now heat oil in a kadhai or wok.
13.add ginger , garlic, chopped chilies
14.then add onions.
15.mix all.
16.add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and blackpepper adjust to your taste.
17.dissolve cornstarch. (1tbspn cornstarch and 2 tbspn water)
Then pour that slurry into this pan of mixture.
18.keep stirring.
19.then add veg ball.
Give a nice mix sprinkle some spring onions.
Transferthe the veg manchurian in a bowl and have it with rice, noodles or as a appetizer.
