I would still choose a private hospital over a public hospital, when humans becomes heartless to a fellow human it's really irritating. So I prefer private hospitals because they respond fast not minding if registration or cards have been bought or not, their aim is to save life first, but in public hospitals, it's not so. Though in private it's more expensive, but I believe that life should be saved first.
