You are right. Being intentional is the goal here. Hehehe. I don't like to add weight too much, I won't be able to carry myself at all. I have a friend who wouldn't walk a long distance and she walks slowly because she added much weight and it affected both her thighs. We suggested she keeps walking and doing exercises.
I love your simple techniques to lose weight and fitted. People say marriage will make you add weight, I don't want it too 😀😀
