That issue of rice can be so annoying. Why would I cook rice at night only to wake up and see that is no longer edible. The solution is to per boil it then add new water to cook till it's soft enough. But it was jot like that earlier.
The advent of technology has been a big blessing but bad effect is inevitable if all a manufacturer or producer cares about is quick process and money.
