At first I cut the chichingas into rounds and washed them. Then I put the pan in the oven and put oil in it. I broke an egg by shaking it a little with some panchforan inside the oil. I broke the egg for a while and broke it into pieces.
When the egg is fried, I put the chichinga inside it. Then I added turmeric and salt to the chopped peppers and onions. Then I covered it with a lid for some time. No water can be used here.
You have to open the lid and cook for some time. So that if there is any water inside the vegetable, it dries up. When the vegetables are fried, the color of the vegetables changes a little and the water dries up completely, then it is understood that it is cooked. Then I turned off the stove.
At this point I poured the food into a bowl.
