Greetings everyone
Today I have come up with a tasty recipe for Rui fish egg roast recipe. Rui fish eggs are quite good to eat fried with onion in this way. I eat this food often. I am sharing this tasty food with you. You will see and tell how the food is.

Green clili
Onion
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves
Turmaric powder

First I took the eggs in a bowl and removed the eggs by hand. Then I put oil in a pan and put it in the oven. When the oil is hot, I put chopped onion and chilli inside it. I fry it light brown with onion and chilli and add ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. I have mixed everything well.

Then I cooked the spice for some time and put the eggs inside it. I have completely dried the water by stirring the eggs. When the water is completely dry, I put coriander leaves inside the egg.

I have cooked the egg with coriander leaves for some more time. Then when the color of the egg changes then you have to understand that the cooking is done then you have to turn off the oven.
Now the food is poured into a bowl and served hot.
