Hello everyone
Today I am going share recipe of oceanic ritha fish vuna. This fish is not widely common and available but it is really tasty if cooked properly .I tried my best to bring the best taste out of it and the outcome is satisfying. I am optimistic that you would like my presentation.
Ingredients

| Ritha fish | 6piece |
| Chilli | 4pieces |
| Chilli powder | 1tea spoon |
| Garlic pest | 1tea spoon |
| Ginger pest | 1tea spoon |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2tea spoon |
| Cumin powder | 1/2tea spoon |
| onion | 1/2cup |
| Tomato | piece |
| Oil | accordingly |
| Salt | accordingly |
| Coriander leaf | accordingly |

First I washed and cleaned the fish and smeared it with turmatic and salt. Then I put a pan in the oven and heated it with oil. When the oil is hot, I put the fish inside it.

I fried the fish upside down and put it in a bowl. Then I put the chopped onion and chillies in the oil. I fried the onion and chilli in brown and put onion pest, ginger pest and garlic pest in it.

I stirred the spices a little and then added chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Then I roasted it for some more time.When it is roasted, I have mixed the tomatoes with the spices after stirring it for some more time.

Then I cooked the tomatoes with a little bit of water inside the tomatoes till they are completely melted. Then I gave the fish a little hot water to cook well.

When the water dries up a bit, add coriander leaves and cumin powder inside it.
Then after some more cooking time we got the fish vuna done. At this stage I have turned off the stove.
At this point I poured my food into a bowl and served hot.
