In my life i have worked in different field all of which include both manual labor and mental labor all that matters was that i get paid for my time and for my work at the end of the month and while doing this jobs i have done both part-time and full time and spent some time freelancing...

After working in this areas as almost everything, i have come to realize which is more beneficial and with a sound and healthy mind i am always going to go for FREELANCING as my first option and whereas it is more beneficial than the others in so many ways...

I realized how much freelancers make me in comparison to full time employee, full time employee are paid a fixed salary at the end of the month irrespective of how hard or excessively they work in those days...

They don't care if you do over the work allocated to you, but whenever you don't perform well or is lagging behind target, then you get penalized or queried because of your inability to meet targets...

Funny enough when you do more than your task, there won't be complaint but when you work less, they see every reason why you are not qualified for the job with criticism everywhere, only few companies recognize your hard work and dedication and the remaining ones might cut your pay at the end of the month, that is the issues of a full time employee

As a freelancer you get to work in your own comfort zone, you can't be forced to work and also under pressure, you don't get ordered around by just anyone and you have the ability to reject any proposal that doesn't meet up to your standard or you don't have much to gain from it...

In conclusion, the main reason why i will go with freelancing is because i will have time for my family and my family are the pillar of my strength and therefore spending quality time with them is the utmost goal of a freelancer...

The most important thing is to always put your mind to tasks and to always work hard harder both as a freelancer and as a full time employee, the success rate of a freelancer is very low but with determination, hard work and consistency, your future will be guaranteed...
