You have to walk to keep your mind and body well..........

I am @rasel72 . From #Bangladesh.



Classes in college all day and afternoon fatigue seems to end. Starting from dawn, the whole day is spent in the midst of studying. In the meantime, I try to get rid of the fatigue of the whole day. All the while though we continue to manage our lives in this way, then, there will come a time when we will not like anything else. He will have to spend some time in a slightly different way. This requires some time to change the wind. It could be outside our room or it could be somewhere far away. Sometimes I go out in the afternoon to get rid of the fatigue of the whole day and walk outside for a while. So that the mind and body are a little better.



I spent all day in college, finishing private, as if the fatigue was a little too much. So I thought I would go out a little so that my body and mind would be better. So after the Asr prayers, a friend of mine and I went out. To spend some time outside. I sometimes spend some time outdoors in this way so that I feel better.

If the mind is good, the mind is good in all activities. All work can be done properly. I walked a long way. Many more people like us walk out on the streets in the afternoon. The funny thing is, there are a lot of empty fields wherever we go for a walk. Where people often play different types of games. Football and cricket are especially popular. Those who walk in that direction enjoy the game as well as walking.

We stayed by the side of the playground for some time. It was nice to stand in the beautiful afternoon breeze and watch the game. After a while we started walking again. Because we have to go to the room before Maghrib again. Many times in the middle of the beautiful environment in the afternoon, we two friends walked back to the room. Spending some time in the outdoor environment removes all the fatigue of the mind.

Then we came to the room a little before Maghrib. When I feel bad, I go out and spend some time outside so that I feel better. I shared some time spent with you in the afternoon. I hope you all like it. All will be well. Stay healthy.
