So when I was a newbie, I didn't even know to use the #introduceyourself tag for an introduction post.
In short: It is an activity designed to guide people as the name says "TOUR".
Now that you understand how it works or its purpose, I will help you complete your task by commenting on your post. If I really like it, I might request a curation on your introduction post to the community account or simply curate myself.
Hive is a little bit complex ecosystem for newbies, I suggest you use discord and join groups like HiveLearners, TheTerminal, etc.

Great info thanks. I've joined the Hive Learners but the TheTerminal looks, erm, terminal. It only had a few posts over a year old and they were about buying Steem or something so I left again.
