A Fair Share : Should The Riches Of The Rich Be Controlled?

We mostly hear the phrase life is not fair. I’ve come to realise that this statement is mostly said when someone complains that life is not fair. Yes, I for instance think that life is not fair but then who ever promised you and me that life will be fair?

We love our lives daily thinking that we plan our day and how we want our lives to be but then in the long run we love according to how the system works. From the moment we are born, our lives are not in our hands to choose and decide what we want to do with it. From the moment you’re born, you don’t have the chance to choose a name for yourself. You’re given a name you know nothing about only to grow up to be called by which you have been labelled with.

As religious people, we have our beliefs. I for one believe in destiny although I just add that u believe that destiny can also be changed from good to bad and bad to good. I believe in destiny so I also believe that our finances are destined. What someone earns in future or what someone is earning now is what has been written down for him or her. Nevertheless, I still believe that you have to work for that money to come your way.

The money that is destined to be yours won’t just jump into your pocket unless you make a conscious effort to have that money and then it will be yours. For me, there are a lot of things I don’t subscribe to and one of them is a system where the finances of people are controlled up to a point that how much a person can and will earn will be hindered.

As humans, we have been designed to always want more which is what drives us or should I say what motivates us to always work hard. For most people they have always thought that hitting a certain milestone in finances will be their breakthrough point or their final destination but then the moment they achieve that goal they always seem to want more and more.

This is one of the main reasons why I think introducing a system where a person can make up to a certain amount is not the way to go. So what will the rest of the money that the person is not earning be used for? For a very long time, people have said that the poor and the rich need to have things in common but truth be told the rich are always looking out for ways to make more money or in other words looking for ways to make their money work for them. The poor men on the other hand are worried about other things.

Actually, there are a lot of things I don’t subscribe to including the amount of money the extremely rich pay as tax for certain things. First of all, I am not against paying tasks but when those taxes are paid and you don’t see any development in your town or country you’d prefer the rich to keep their money.

It’s as simple as that. Yes, I don’t subscribe to controlling one’s finances as long as it is earned legitimately.

Humans are really insatiable, we will always want more. I really like how you broke it down.

Well thank you. I think that is what makes life exciting right? The idea of wanting more.

You say that rich people always seek out ways to make more money and are ready to work hard. Is it really true? No . A daily wager works harder than an elite class guy who is sitting in an AC room. What I believe is , The resouces, knowledge, community and education is what decide your status. Lacking any one of the four kicks you either in poverty or middle-class.

I don't remember saying the rich work harder for their money. I think I said they work with their money. The rich male their money work for them; always wanting more.

I didn't add it but I don't think hardwork makes you rich. Working smarter does in my opinion.

Yeah .. also u need to have the required resources
