For mouth blisters, is a bit about vitamins, hygiene and food you eat.

The hygiene bit is about noting the brushes you use. Not too strong but also not too soft cause if food particles are left in your mouth, it can still rot and leave blisters.

Vitamin C and B2 are good, then your food should have plenty vegetables and you need lots of water and liquids.

I have mouth blisters a lot when I fall sick, dreadful thing because eating becomes a punishment.

I brush twice a day.. have changed one brush to another...yet same..

It's food ig, we use too much spices in food in our country..

And water..man, I drink like one glass every 5 minutes later... Otherwise it burns as hell.

!PIZZA
