That NEPA part got my attention the most... "They must dry wire" πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ they can be very annoying, this is Nigeria where rain is an excuse of not supplying electricity to people. Even when there's nothing wrong with the the wires or poles.
All na scam.
That name NEPA cannot leave our mouth sha..
