The first time I came about this theory was in 2007, when I read a book by Anthony Robbins, the ultimate power. For you can always prepare for the expected opportunity to come or see the opportunity and prepare for it in both cases success will be inevitable. I recommend evaluating startup idea part one and two of ycombinator 2019 startup school to evaluate your perceived opportunity. Success is achieve faster if you see a genuine opportunity/need and prepare for it than preparing for opportunity that you've not seen . Thanks
