Personally, I have worked as a volunteer when there were natural disasters in my country, despite being a lonely person who avoids people a lot.
Helping the community is very satisfying, very honorable. However, I have seen the corruption of unscrupulous people who took advantage of the work of volunteers like me to make money by taking advantage of the situation of people in need.
If necessary, I will volunteer again, but I will be careful with the cause I work on. I do not want to end up again in the hands of corrupt people who make money by stealing donations or charging for the work of volunteers.
