We often neglect the importance of small things in life. For which we have to pay heavy price in later. Rather than avoiding these little things it is alwsys advisable to take pre-liminary steps to avoid it getting into a major concern in life. We are living a fast paced life in todays time. Everyone is running after fame and money. Many people are suffering from anxiety, stress and other health related problems, but still they are not ready to consult a doctor neither undergo health check up. Life is unpredictable, and we never know what is there in store that could surprise us in our life.

Few days ago, an argument broke out in my neighbourhood. It was over some minor issue, however soon it took an ugly turn. During the event, one person started shaking and shouting awkwardly he soon fell on the floor. On medical check up, it was learnt that he had high blood pressure symptoms which made him to behave like that. He is a healthy person and never complain before but such things does bring unwanted surprises in life. Once a person is diagnose with certain health issue, his condition start deteriorating because of overthinking on the issue. With changing lifestyle and fast paced life a regular health checkups has alwsys been recommended.

People often avoid health checkups due to a combination of factors. Many people feel that if they are not experiencing symptoms, they do not need to see a doctor, even if early detection could be crucial for managing health issues. Believing they are healthy and do not need a checkup if they are not feeling unwell is the act of negligence. People do not understanding the importance of preventative care or the potential benefits of early detection. Which might lead a proper care.

Benefits of regular health check up.

A Regular health checkups are important because they allow for early detection of potential health issues. Many diseases like cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure may not show noticeable symptoms in their early stages, but a checkup can identify them before they become serious. Early diagnosis allows for timely intervention with better treatment options and higher success rates. Catching issues early can prevent costly treatments needed for advanced stages of disease. For people with existing health conditions, regular checkups allow for close monitoring and adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Knowing you are actively managing your health through regular checkups can reduce anxiety and promote overall well-being. These days the improved health services around us alwsys promises to provide a better services. Our insurance provider or the medical institutes conduct and offer free health check up services. But still people were not satisfied with their services and raises fingers on them. To an extent too, their reaction are valid, as many a times these free things comes out to be a fake or scam things.

Prevention is better than cure.

Recently, I went to a dental check up. I had a toothache on my 3rd molar teeth. I noticed myself that it was completelly damaged to chew. I went to the dentist only to found that the germs has spread over to the next teeth. He advised me for a quick treatment. At the end I am happy not to remove any more teath. A timely consultation with the doctor help me to keep the teeth well and fine. Looking at the damaged on my teeth, I immediately went for a thorough body check up. Doctors does prescribed some remedial measure with my eye sight and body weight. It is better to start take precaution as early as possible.

The pandemic season taughtbus an important lesson. To remain alert take precent the spread of disease. Likewise, I personally belive, with changing lifestyle, we must try to remain as healthy as possible. With excess workload, fast food, sitting jobs etc required an immediate medical attention. The less we are involved in physical activity, the more we need to focus on our health. To avoid getting into any extreme situation, we must get the issue sorted in begining. It helps us to live longer and also healthy.

In good faith - peace!

It's hard because the older you get it's often the more things they find each year when you go into the doctor. I understand why people avoid it, but it is still important!

He says that teeth are jewels, oral health is important because germs from cavities spread through the body and cause other serious diseases. It's not about aesthetics, it's about health.

The excuse for not taking care of ourselves is always money, but if we don't do it, in the end it will be more expensive. Greetings @steemflow

True words...but apart from money, people does not want to get into unnecessary tension. The think tha being diagnosed with ailments is very worrisome....

Exactly, I don't like going to the doctor because they always find something new for me. Today I will tell my experience.

Many people, even if they feel symptoms, are afraid to undergo tests and examinations for fear of discovering diseases and this is like fearing of open your wallet during bloodbath.

But at the end theybhave to pay....it is better to diagnose at initial stage else once the disease gets bigger the problem will be more.

Indeed prevention is better than cure. Sorry about the teeth but thankfully, the damage was not much and it even prompted you to seek general health check. Kudos to you.

Checking our health often is lifesaving. Some illnesses start without symptoms, and without regular checkups, they hide without us knowing until they become harder to treat.

Seriously most people avoid medical checkups because they don’t want to believe they have health issues while some avoid it because of money, well in my case I don’t do it because I don’t fall sick but once I noticed any strange symptoms in my body I will definitely go to the hospital

Avoidance only lead us to tragedy. Especially in todays times, we must take out adequate time for a regular health check up

Couldn't agree more @steemflow. My cancer was seen even before I could feel any symptoms. All thanks to annual check-up, it was prevented from spreading causing more trouble. Let's be advocates of our own health and if we can, never take forgranted any signs we're ill or things like than. :)
