An amazing and awesome topic to begin this beautiful week #hivelearners , as we are gradually leaving the euphoria of Christmas season and into the reality of the new year.
One car per family? You guys don’t know how good this will be in our world 🌎 of today especially in countries that is over populated like my country Nigeria 🇳🇬. Its crazy how one family will have up to three (3) to four (4) cars in a compound and all being in operation day to day because the husband man is either rich with a good business establishment or has a better well paid white collar job.
Although times are changing and changing with technology and innovation at the same time which makes producers of cars 🚗 to keep changing models, but this does not make any sense where a family will have car for the man, one for the woman, another for the children for school runs, the last being for occasions during the weekend. If well articulated, one car can serve a family properly through time management, but the issue here is how those who are rich desire luxury and conducive lifestyle so much, while inconveniencing many. How about the days of our forefathers? When there was no cars? Man still made movements. So its definitely going to be a bit hard, but its not death
I surely see family using many cars as madness because its a big problem to the entire society. Too many cars on the road at the same time has continued to cause lots of difficulties especially for the congestion and traffic we encounter everyday, and not talking about the pollution we receive from fume which is a big health issue to many.
Just during this past holiday, we enjoyed a little bit of how good life can be without congestion and traffic because many families travelled 🧳 out of the city 🌆 and others took time of work to rest. When my family and I decided to take a drive to the island from the mainland in the city of Lagos, it was a magic, All the roads were so free as if its not the same Lagos State that traffic will hold you for hours as you keep sweating 😓 and loosing fluid . Pollution, fume, congestion, seating longer hours in traffics are all danger to our health because they increase the stress we face daily.
And on the sixth (6) of this January, precisely this past Monday, all the roads in Lagos city 🌆, where all blocked. In short, I sat in the car for hours trying to meet up an appointment which was scheduled for morning hours. It was not funny because it shows how too many cars are on the road at the same time including the school children who just resumed back in school 🏫 . Its indeed shortening our longevity especially the aged and those managing their blood 🩸 pressure. One car per family will help cut down stress in every country of the world 🌍 and help us with healthy living.
