বন্ধুরা,
আপনারা সবাই কেমন আছেন? আশা করি, আপনারা সবাই ভালো আছেন।আজ রবিবার ছুটির দিন সারাদিন আকাশ মেঘলা ছিল আবার দুপুরে একটু বৃষ্টি হয়ে ছিল। বৃষ্টিতে ভিজতে আমার খুব ভাল লাগে, তখন পরিবেশ অন্যরকম লাগে। আর বৃষ্টির দিনে দেশী খাবার খেতে সবারই ভালো লাগে।তাই আজ একটি ভিন্নধর্মী ও মজার খাবার রান্না করব। এটি একবার খেলে বার বার খেতে মন চায়। আর তা হলো " চটপটি" ।তাই ভাবলাম এটি আপনাদের শেয়ার করি।
উপকরণ:
১. চটপটি মশলা - ৫ চামচ
২.ডাবলি ডাল - ২০০ গ্রাম
৩. আলু - ২ টি
৪. ডিম - ৪ টি
৫. পেয়াঁজ কুচি - ১ কাপ
৬. কাঁচা মরিচ - ৪ টি
৭. তেঁতুল - ২০ গ্রাম
৮. ফুসকা - ১০ টি
৯. চিনি - ১ চামচ
১০. শশা - ৩ টি
১১. লবণ - ১ চামচ
১২. হলুদ - ১ চামচ
১৩. তেল - ২ চামচ
১৫. জল - ২ কাপ
চটপটি মশলা
ডাবলি ডাল
আলু ও ডিম
পেঁয়াজ, তেঁতুল জল, শশা ও সেদ্ধ ডিম
প্রস্তুত প্রণালী:
১. ডাল ১৩ ঘণ্টা ভিজিয়ে রাখতে হবে।
২. শশা, পেঁয়াজ ও ডিম কুঁচিয়ে নিতে হবে।
৩. ডাল ৩০ মিনিট ধরে ভালো করে সেদ্ধ করে নিতে হবে।
৪.আলু ও ডিম সেদ্ধ করে নিতে হবে। ডাল সেদ্ধ হয়ে এলে নামিয়ে নিতে হবে। এবার চুলায় কড়াই বসিয়ে দিয়ে তেল গরম করার পর সেদ্ধ আলু ও ডাল দিতে হবে। এর পর মশলা, লবণ, হলুদ ও ২ কাপ জল দিয়ে ১৫ মিনিট রান্না করতে হবে।রান্নার পর তেতুঁল জল ও চিনি দিয়ে নামিয়ে নিতে হবে।
৫. নামানোর পর একটা বাটি তে রান্না ডাল নিয়ে তার উপর শশা কুঁচি, পেঁয়াজ কুঁচি, কাঁচা মরিচ কুচি, ডিম কুঁচি, ও ফুচকা ভেঙ্গে সাজিয়ে দিতে হবে। রেডি হয়ে গেলো আমাদের গরম গরম ফুচকা। ফুচকা গরম গরম পরিবেশন করতে হবে।
