Indeed this is a great opportunity to rewrite the past, as human beings we are bound to make mistakes. We also have regrets which still eats us up till this very day, of which if we are given the opportunity to change the past, that timeline would be erased. I am 21 year’s old and in my past life I have things I’d love to change if I had the opportunity to travel back in time, I know the time is limited but I am already experiencing the effect of the cause. Having the opportunity to be in the present would make me understand easily the fastest way to change the timeline if I travelled to the past. There are two major problems I would love to change if I had the opportunity to travel back in time, and I will have to split my 10 minutes into two giving each task 5 minutes to achieve each of the goal.
TASK I: SAVE MY COUSINS LIFE
In Five minutes I’d dash to the year January 6th 2019 to save the life of my Cousin brother ’OLEBARA GODSGIFT’. Olebara was my best cousin and his death still hurts me because we bonded so much, that I could even eat from the same plate with him. His death is something I would love to reverse if I had the opportunity to go back in time to rewrite the timeline.
In the year 2019 he was seeking admission into the university to study medicine and surgery, as a senior cousin to him I always guided him on decisions to take in his academics. He always saw me as a mentor academically, and his mom would always ask me questions because she loved to hear my opinion before taking any drastic decision. My cousin had a hard time getting admission into the Nigerian university and we had no other alternative than to seek for a school outside Nigeria.
To cut the story short he got admission into two universities, one in Cyprus and the other in Ukraine. Finally I suggested for him to accept that of Ukraine, because I felt that Ukraine had better prestige to study medicine in. Fast forward to the year 2022 he didn’t make it alive during the invasion of Ukraine by Russian soldiers. If I had the opportunity to go back in time I would certainly go back to the time where both of us sat together in front of the computer trying to accept the admission and go further with more instructions on the admission, I would have immediately stopped him from declining the admission given to him by Cyprus university, giving him better reasons to go for the Cyprus university. He would have listened to me, by accepting the Cyprus admission offered to him thereby declining the Ukraine admission. This should rewrite the timeline of his death because he won’t have met the Russian-Ukraine War.
TASK II: PREVENT A CARRYOVER
In the year 2019 August 5th, I missed one of my professional exams. This was a terrible experience for me because I thought that was my end. On 4th of august 2019, which was a day before the exam. I went for night class that day in preparation for the exam, I normally don’t sleep in class because the desk is not comfortable enough for me to sleep on and moreover I am not a night class student, but I just had to go for night class that very night because we had pharmaceutical chemistry exams. I joined the discussion group in class that night and we stayed up till 2 am. By then I was so weak and tired on the other hands my friends were comfortable sleeping on the desk. I decided to carry on with my reading, till it was day. The exam was scheduled for 9 am and so I went to my lodge by 7:30 am. I decided to rest a little as I was so worn out, to my greatest suprise I woke up by 10:42 am.
I couldn’t believe my eyes, as I dashed to the exam hall unprepared. Only to find out that the exam hall was locked and the windows closed. They denied me access to the exam and that was how I got a carry over. If I had the opportunity to go back in time I would certainly not go for the night class that costed me the exam I was preparing. I would have changed my mind on going for the night class by inviting my friends to my room for the group discussion. At least if I got tired I would have slept on my bed since I couldn’t sleep on the desk in the class. This would have changed the storyline by making me seat for the exam thereby avoiding a carry over in pharmaceutical chemistry.
With 10 minutes I can definitely achieve this two task by changing the storyline.
first task required me to be present at the computer to decline the Ukraine admission thereby accepting the Cyprus admission.
The second task was just to change my personal decision and then make my room the point for the night group discussion thereby giving me opportunity to sleep on my bed in order for me to seat for the exam.

You really have huge things to change, man. Only if those wishes could come true. For the first one though, I am sorry about your cousin's death but anything could have happened.
For the second, you should have stayed in the class to rest till the exam...youdont go back home after a night reading when you have exams that morning.😂

Oh Lord..my heart quaked when I saw he died in the invasion..it must have been alot to bear..it is so painful..Dear Lord..So sorry
Wow... I never for once was a fan of the night class. I remember when my coursemates would want to do night class in the lodge where one of us lived, but we would just end up falling asleep through it all and not even reading.
I am sorry about your cousin bro, it is sad that a battle he had no hand in is what is responsible for taking his life. May his soul rest in peace.
