First, I like the way you elucidate on the fact that even our normal foods add fats to our body. So ordinarily it is necessary for us to exercise our body to stay fit.

Jogging is one basic and underrated means of exercise. It does a lot as it engages the whole body in action.

Exactly, all kind of food that we eat turning to fat if we not doing any exercise to turn the fat to an energy.
At least do regular jogging so that the accumulated fat breaks down into energy or is excreted through feces.
