Very well, I also use human interaction to get ouver boredom. Basically, I get bored when I am not active doing something tangible, so I decide to either call someone its been a while we spoke and leave my room/house to go visit someone.
Boredom in sever cases is not a good thing, at times, a thin line exits between boredom and depression. Hence, the best thing is to never let it creep in!
