Cost of living varies from city to city as well. Like I live in a city where I can access milk at almost 0.45$ per liter but when I go to capital where farms are not so ubiquitous I get it at almost 1$. But when it comes to buting mobile gadgets,I find them cheap in cities rather than in villages . Cost of living is determined by many factors from economy ti availability to accessability.

The price of things can depend upon where you live and other things also but where you live every place have its benefit and demerits also.
