Maddressahs though are very keyful for propagation of religion education but they must not be left without state patronage and state’s control over them. Our madeessahs are undoubtedly performing exceptional in delivering religious education but yhey are miserably failing to harmonise their pupils with modern education and skills.
I believe that madressahs should be associated with education department rather than societies. It is an educational institute if it’s transactions are transparent and curriculum is free from promoting extremist content then why to fear from being under direct control of federation
This also comes at a significant cost. Why does the government want to change the syllabus of what’s being taught to children? If it’s necessary, then it also has its pros and cons as part of the argument.
Could it be that the federation has struggled with maintaining what it touches? Just wondering....
Is there a way for the federation to demonstrate that modern education isn't leading to conformity? Perhaps it's worth exploring.
Who knows, maybe I’m overthinking this.
Peace and happiness to all!
