Hello everyone I hope you will be well and good.

Anger is natural and it is found in almost all the people. Anger is the reaction which occurs due to the actions which we don't like. It is the feeling which appears due to the things which hurt us. And in order to release our pain we become furious and we do things harshly in an angry mood.

Yeah most things in life has their positive and negative impact it all depends on when you use them and how you use them. Anger is not an exception. You gave detailed info about both impact of anger.

Anger has always made things worse, especially when it is out of control. Because then we have no handle on how we would react to things.
