I use to think these oppression only happens from military men to we civilians, don't know you guys also do same to each other.
It's indeed not idea for that guy to use his power to deal with you, we all need to put power aside and learn morals.

Sometimes the oppression and intimidation we face from senior colleagues are more severe than those done on civilians. The civilian is even at an advantage because in some cases they take the military to court and win the case. But here, we endure every intimidation because it is believed that your senior colleague is always right, lol.
