In as much as landing a new job and getting a great pace so satisfying is still there to note that nobody wants to remain at that same position for ever top-level work is always attract top-level praises and the low-level stuff just seem to be invisible like the Harrington or nobody is taking note of the effort leaving the situation a lot more saddening and frustrating. And that really is a bad thing every workout every job needs to be treated with respect every position no matter how little is important and so are the employees no matter how little the position is if employers could cut out some slacks and give their staffs a break show my appreciation instead of just being a nag when given the opportunity and better still show a little more gratitude and mean it instead of claiming all the winds and acting like they could do it all alone no matter how much you are at the top is impossible as the boss to do the tax of a junior stuff that you say you need everybody alongside their collective efforts holding onto salaries and making sure to deduct or cut down on his staff salary doesn't do it or adjusting to your laurels. life is such a small town and you never can tell him I just need saving from a staff just in that small town in business people tend to make a lot of deals and most of these deals are most successful by just passive talks hangouts and dinner night it's only in France that you are not allowed to talk about work I parties lol. But then summary of this is don't treat me like they were so small because you have the opportunity to do so and don't like the Popular song says; Act too high and mighty cuz tomorrow you might fall down on your face turns out it's reality of life and most people after attaining success and not forgiving as they would have been if treated better work. In the sense that a staff could save you from a serious problem in the future as long as you all are still in the business space not every day in the life of a business owner is the days of plenty and have it there are days where it looks like his crumbling and you just need the support of other investors and you don't want one of your Investments to be ruined because of a passive talk by one of the staff home you treated badly life gets back at us in good and bad ways so it doesn't really matter junior staff senior staff everybody still equal no matter how much money you have you are going to take a penny to the grave.
Yes in life the positions one attain , doesn't have to be an avenue to down play others , life is really a small town
