In 1997, In the Psychology Department of the University of Chicago, an interesting experiment was conducted. Psychologists divided 36 basketball players into three different groups. Group A was told that you have to practice free throw for one hour daily for 30 days. Group B was told that you have to do nothing for 30 days, and just rest. Group C was told that you just have to sit and imagine that you are doing a perfect free throw.
After 30 days when the performance of the three groups was tested. Then everyone was stunned to see the result. The performance of the group that practiced daily increased by 24%. There was obviously no improvement in the performance of the group that simply rested. But the interesting thing was that, the group that visualized the perfect free throw just sitting. There was an increase of 23% in their performance. That is, only 1% less than the group who practised daily.
Look guys, your subconscious mind does not know the difference, whether you are doing something in real or just visualizing it. For example, when you watch adult content, your subconscious brain can't differentiate. And starts doing those changes in your body which happen during lovemaking.
The reason is that visualizing the process of any work, activates the same part of your brain that will happen while doing that work in real.
