These are really helpful. I love the time block concept and I usually use it on a day to day basis. What helps me to really concentrate is to set an alarm for 20 minutes where I do my work. And then after that I get to rest for like 5 to ten minutes before I go back in.
I think they call it the pomodoro technique.

Yeah I have read about the pomodoro technique before. It is quite helpful and it is necessary to do important things without distractions.
