Howdy all! I'm just a manic monkey trying to make it in this world, and for me, the beauty of flowers and nature in general make it much easier. Here are a few of the flowers blooming around my home right now. Some are obviously planted, and a few are actually native and wild. Enjoy!!
Dandelions are always beautiful in my opinion, and they provide food for the pollinators that are coming out from their winter slumber!
I don't know what this is, but it's pretty and all over the parts of the yard that haven't been mowed.
Another random one, I think it's a salvia of some variety, but I honestly have no idea.
One more beautiful volunteer that is pretty common in my area.
With the rain drops and dew on this iris, I found the overall look mesmerizing.
I just noticed these are actually beginning to open up, I'll have pictures of the flowers once they mature.
Tulips are my favorite flowers, but they don't naturally grow in my area and the climate isn't good for them. I have been able to grow them, but here they are a one year flower without intervention.
Daffodil, easter lily, whatever you call them, they are gorgeous. This is my first two toned daffodil and I love it!
We have many aziatic lily varieties, but this is the only one I've got a picture of in bloom. In another few months, I should have 5 or 6 varieties of these coming up in the future.
Give me some feedback, ask questions, give me some suggestions or tips, and most of all have a wonderful day.
