Azaleas are flowering shrubs in the genus Rhododendron. This azalea belongs to my friend's neighbours. I know nothing about it but it is quite striking.
I find pansies are quite difficult to grow from seed, so I always buy a tray from the market.
I think these are Spanish bluebells. They spread like wildfire. Great to photograph though, especially in the wood.
